Here's the headline I just read: Alzheimer Victim Sold 11 Organs.  I thought this was some kind of medical break through story, and the Alzheimer victim was sold 11 organs to make him or her better.  In fact, the victim was sold musical instruments, not bodily organs.  With all the talk about the potential benefits of stem cell research for Alzheimer's patients, I thought for a moment we might be further along than I knew about.  I've got to think the person who wrote that headline is laughing his/her head off at people like me.  I'm sure the writer was a guy, and I know which organ of his I'd like to see rot off.  And create a treble cleft.  Take note.  And it's a bass one.
